As you have already probably experienced, Eaton have updated the Eaton Secure Connect app.
In most cases this will have not affected you and the move over to the new app will have been seemless. However, we have been aware of a couple of teething issues that some clients have called us in about.
Don't worry if you are not finding this update easy to negotiate. Simply pick up the phone and give us a call on 0121 7068666 and we will sort the issue for you.
